I am a 65 yo male and I have been taking the Delta-8 gummies for about three months now. I take a whole gummy about an hour before bedtime. For me it takes about an hour to become very sleepy. I sleep much better now and feel more rested in the morning. I do get a little buzz, more of a sense of well being. I personally would not take these during the daytime unless I wanted to sleep. I also would not drive or do anything important after consuming these gummies. I like them and have not had any side effects.
