Any products purchased at a Your CBD Store locations can be exchanged or be provided a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase (proof of purchase is required). Products purchased at a Your CBD Store location must be returned to the Your CBD Store where they were purchased from. Discontinued or “final sales” products offered at Your CBD Store may not be exchanged or refunded. Contact Your CBD Store location for further information.
Sunmed Online sales:
All products carry a 60-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased online from www.getsunmed.com, please follow these instructions:
For registered online customers the process to request a refund is simple: log in and visit your account page and lookup the order details (order number, order email, and billing zip code). Once you have this information, please click here. (Unregistered online customers must provide the same order details (order number, order email, and billing zip code ) and send an email to Customer Support)
Proof of purchase is required, and the 60-day guarantee begins on the date of purchase. There are no returns or exchanges on “discontinued” or “final sale” items. A refund excludes shipping fees, if any.
Authorized Service Providers:
Sunmed authorized third-party delivery apps (for instance, Door Dash), and marketplace platforms (such as Amazon) (altogether “Authorized Service Providers”) have their own refund and return policies to which Sunflora have no control over. Consumers must first comply with the corresponding Authorized Service Providers return/refund policies and follow procedures when seeking returns and/or refunds for purchases made using these apps and platforms. Sunmed does not have access to payment information when consumers make purchases from Authorized Service Providers and accordingly, Sunmed cannot issue refunds or returns.
