California Advertising / Offer to Sale Submission Portal

Intro Section

On July 1st, 2026, California’s SB 378 takes effect. In compliance thereof, Sunmed (and affiliates) are neither advertising nor offering a sale of “intoxicating hemp products” as such products are defined by California regulations.

To comply with California SB 378, Sunmed provides this portal for the submission and reporting of advertising materials (which includes offers to a sale) that California residents may receive.

If you are submitting a report, please follow the instructions below.

Who Should Use This Form

Use this form if you are:

• Located in the State of California; and
• Submitting hemp product advertisements (offer to a sale) by Sunmed of an intoxicating hemp product distributed or advertised in California.

Submission Instructions

Please follow these steps carefully:

1. Upload a clear image or file (screenshot) of the advertisement (or offer to a sale) as it appears publicly in Sunmed’s website, online adverting or promotion materials, emails or other electronic communications.
2. • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF.
   • Ensure the file is legible and complete.
3. Include the URL (if applicable) where the advertisement appears online.
4. Include your contact information, preferably email and phone number in case clarification is required and for Sunmed to issue a response.

Incomplete submissions may delay review and response.

File Requirements

• Files must accurately reflect the final published version.
• Maximum file size: [Insert limit, e.g., 10MB].

If submitting multiple advertisements, please upload each file separately or combine them into a single PDF.

Confirmation + Review

Once submitted:

• You will receive confirmation of receipt.
• Submissions will be archived in accordance with regulations.
• Sunmed may contact you if additional information is needed or to provide an update.
